On my day off from work yesterday, I woke up on a mission to bake something yummy! I searched my Pinterest board "{{delish}}" for a delicious looking recipe, and decided to stick with something simple. These no-bake cake batter truffles are easy to make, and scrumptious once finished.
2 cups dry yellow cake mix
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp. agave
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 bars of chocolate (I used Lindt white/milk chocolate, but would suggest something slightly less sweet)
Sprinkles
1. Mix together the cake mix, agave, milk, vanilla extract, and some sprinkles in a large bowl. Dough should be a little bit sticky, but manageable. If you find that your dough is too runny, add a little bit of extra cake mix. If you're finding the opposite, add some extra condensed milk to the mixture.
2. Let dough cool in the refrigerator for 15 - 20 minutes until it seems manageable enough to roll into balls.
3. While the dough is cooling, lay parchment paper on a baking sheet, and melt your chocolate.
4. Roll the cooled dough into balls, dip into chocolate and place on parchment paper.

5. Once the last truffle is dipped, coat them with sprinkles and put in the refrigerator for 25 minutes.
6. Serve truffles chilled, and with a glass of milk!
And that's it! The process was fairly easy and quick, and the end product was delicious!6. Serve truffles chilled, and with a glass of milk!
